Bob Fleck Named Vice President / Advertising of Chicago Tribune

In his new role, Fleck is
responsible for the company’s advertising sales functions. Fleck was promoted
from his position as advertising director for the city retail, entertainment
and automotive categories. “Bob’s leadership, knowledge of client needs and ability to create
innovative solutions make him the best person to lead the advertising
department in this challenging time,” said Tony Hunter, president, publisher
and CEO of Chicago Tribune Media Group. Fleck joined Tribune Company in 1992 as a senior account executive,
working his way up to division manager.
