imeem, the leading social music service, today announced the launch of a
mobile advertising platform that offers brands new opportunities to
connect with mobile consumers through imeem for Android, imeem’s popular
social music application for the Android mobile platform. Kia Motors America (KMA) is the first brand advertiser to leverage
imeem’s new platform, using it to promote the Kia Soul, an all-new
compact SUV launching next spring in the U. As part of a cross-platform advertising campaign, Kia Soul will have a
branded display presence across the imeem for Android user interface, as
well as a featured Kia Soul-branded Internet radio station on the
application. In addition to its mobile advertising program, Kia Motors
will have a presence on the imeem.

Stegman Kitchen Showcase is located in Newport, Kentucky, and is a
privately owned and operated business that offers custom cabinetry,
countertops and hardware to homeowners and higher end builders. Stegman
Kitchen Showcase also offers personalized design and consultation services to
its clients. EMG will be leading Stegman through a comprehensive brand development,
advertising and public relations initiative, which will also include the
unveiling of a new name and logo for the kitchen and bath boutique. As part of
a comprehensive package, EMG will also be developing the overall
communications strategy and reaching out to current and prospective clients
through social media and experiential marketing, interactive direct mail and

That drop-off means more bad news for magazines and newspapers in the United States that had grown increasingly dependent on luxury advertising. Ad pages at the top luxury magazines fell 22 percent year over year for the December issues, according to Media Industry Newsletter. Vogue, for example, dropped from 284 pages last December, to 221 pages this December, while Food & Wine went from 160 pages to 126, according to the newsletter. That has meant cutbacks at publishers.
