 A case in point: the above video starring Dwyane Wade and some ass in a white suit.  The plot: ass in white suit thinks he can take D-Wade one-on-one; D-Wade stands there chuckling.  The video’s poster claims the ass in the white suit is in fact a billionaire.  Well if Mark Cuban can be one why can’t this guy?(Editor’s note: Evidently the spot was created by Converse.

If nothing else that sort of remark speaks to the woeful inadequacy of current leadership. Instead she kept insisting the Chicago shop would muddle through under her guidance.

A few years ago the ad agency for Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture recommended that the Norton chain drop its “Quality Comfort and Price (That’s Nice!)” jingle. Instead Bernie & Phyl’s hired a new ad agency. Paul Salafia president of their current agency Andover-based Advertising Management Services told the chain its jingle had tremendous value. Market research determined that 96 percent of the population in the Greater Boston media market recognized the Bernie & Phyl’s brand. “That is astounding and we really credit it to the jingle” Salafia said. Rather than ditch the jingle Salafia’s company sought to amplify it through a series of person-on-the-street spots. Agency staff showed up at sporting events shopping malls and ski resorts with a digital camcorder and invited people to sing the jingle for future commercials.

There will be mergers and others will be eliminated altogether” Spanish Deputy Industry Minister for Telecommunications Francisco Ros said in an interview.
